More than half of restaurants are invisible to AI search.
When guests ask an AI assistant for a restaurant recommendation, most venues simply do not come up. Across the restaurants we measure, 58% were never named by any AI answer engine — not once. As guests increasingly ask AI where to eat, the venues it does not know might as well not exist.

A restaurant channel we track went from ~300 views to 16,000 — with one video.
